There are a few different types of “flat roof” although they’re all share the same description, they are quite different from each other, foam roof being one of the most typical for flat roof dwellings is is also the most energy efficient And also the most expensive to replace. Therefore a proper maintenance is imperative to get the most of your foam roof investment, leaking a/c units, swamp coolers landscape debris and clogged scalpers can cause major damage to your roof. A complete clean up and inspection for small cracks is recommended 1 to 2 times per year, and a re coat every 5 years. This simple maintenance will increase the life of you roof avoiding complete replacement for 20 to 25 years.
About Rolled Roofs:
Mostly typical for covered patios it is also used on flat roof homes, while all flat roofs require the same maintenance and clean up recommendations the inspection for each is a bit different. What Our Customers Are Saying
Alan was professional, fair and great to work with. Our roof is 20 years old and we really didn’t want to buy a whole new roof. He inspected it, took us up on the roof and showed us what issues there were, as we had a minor leak. They fixed the area, inspected, cleaned and fixed additional areas, showed us what they were doing as they were doing it and provided us with a great price that was more than reasonable. I have no doubt we made out. I highly recommend Az Roof Rescue.
Arizona Roof Rescue was great to work with. I had to have my whole roof replaced and Alan provided me with very competitive prices, showed up on time everyday until it was completed. His team was very friendly and made sure the driveway was clear of any nails and debris as I came in and out of the garage. I would highly recommend Arizona Roof Rescue to anyone in need of roof repair or replacement.
I had a leak in my roof after the original underlayment had failed only 8 years after the house was built. I contacted Alan and 5 other roofing contractors. Alan was the most professional and didn’t try upselling me, or nickel and diming me to death by charging for any wood that needed replacing, painting new vent caps, etc. He also took the time to look under the tiles during the initial inspection and tell me exactly what had failed. The original roofer had also shorted the number of tiles… Alan and his crew installed a double layer of thicker underlayment and the 2 extra rows of tiles when they roofed my entire house… It has been 2 years and several monsoons since they replaced my roof. I have had zero leaks and have peace of mind knowing that the job was done right. I would highly recommend Alan and the crew at Arizona Roof Rescue.
